In its 12th year, the Cape Fear Chorale is now an incorporated non-profit community chorus as of June 30, 2009. Click here to read the Star News article about CFC's journey to non-profit status.

The mission of the Chorale is to provide excellent choral music to the region at no cost to those who attend the concerts.  The group is totally dependent upon donations received. The Chorale currently receives no financial support from any grants or arts organizations and does not charge admission to concerts.

The 2010 fall season commences August 23, 2010. The fall concert program scheduled for Sunday, November 21, 4 p.m. at Grace UMC (401 Grace St., downtown Wilmington) will be "A John Rutter Festival of Carols" featuring the first movement of Rutter's Magnificat.
